Dreams and Dreamers to Celebrate The Release of His New Album 'Dream'
NEW YORK, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Gospel legend BeBe Winans will release Dream, his first studio album in four years, on February 22, 2005. The album features a tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through the song "I Have a Dream," with lyrics taken entirely from the text of King's famous 1963 speech. To celebrate the album, BeBe Winans will launch a special instant win game that honors individuals who followed their dreams to help humanity. The game will give one grand-prize winner a chance to "Experience the Dream."
One copy of the album may contain a golden ticket -- the key to experiencing the dream. The winner will receive a their choice of vacation for two to one of four places selected as a salute to dreams and dreamers. The following dreamers/locations have been selected:
* Nelson Mandela -- trip for two to Cape Town, South Africa, with a visit to the Robben Island Museum, for a week stay, hotels included
* Jonas Salk, creator of the polio vaccine -- trip for two to La Jolla, CA, with a visit to the Salk Museum, for a week stay, hotels included

As a bonus, the winner will also be flown to Atlanta to attend the 20th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration, celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the King Holiday in 2006. Also included is a three-night hotel stay and airfare for two. BeBe Winans will be on-hand to commemorate Dr. King with his song "I Have a Dream," currently on the Billboard R&B Charts, giving Dr. King his first songwriting credit on the R&B charts.
Dream is BeBe's first release on his own The Movement Group (TMG) label, which he founded two years ago. It is also his first release in partnership with Still Waters, the brand-new inspirational division of Hidden Beach Recordings, home to such standout artists as Jill Scott, Mike Phillips and Kindred The Family Soul. The album features singles "Safe from Harm" and "Love Me Anyway," both being played on radio leading up to the anticipated album release.
